Baladerry Inn at Gettysburg

The Baladerry Inn guest rooms are located in the main house, the 1830 house, and the carriage house. The spacious Great Room, dominated by a large brick fireplace, welcomes guests to relax, socialize (or not) in its comfortable sitting areas. The dining area features individual tables. A large terrace adjacent to the Great Room overlooks the spacious lawn. There is also a centrally located hot tub available for the use of our guests. Breakfast is served both in the Great Room and, in season, on the terrace. All guest rooms include private baths and a full country breakfast. Rates are based upon double occupancy, with extra persons charged at the rate of $30.00 per night.

Two room suite in the Carriage House. Cottage Rose features a sunroom with queen size sofa bed, large bedroom with king size bed, private patio, fireplace, private bathroom and private entrance next to the tennis court. $208.00 per night on weeknights; $238.00 per night on weekends.

A touch of Ireland, in the Carriage House, features a fireplace, sitting area with full sofa bed, queen size bed and private bathroom.

• Our check-in time is 3:00 PM to 7:00PM. Call or e-mail for special instructions if checking in late. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Minimum Stay: We reserve the right to require a minimum stay from April through November: 2 nights on weekends or special events.
• Deposits & Cancellations: A $100.00 deposit is due at time of reservation, and a $20.00 cancellation fee is charged if a reservation is cancelled.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only (patio).
• Children: Children 10 years and older are welcome. No childcare services are provided.
• Pets: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate guest pets.
