May thru Oct. Rent the house as a vacation home rental, and use of the grounds is included. We've built a 20'x 20' gazebo (with rest room) next to the picnic area, and a level yard for up to a 40'x 60' tent. This is the perfect spot for small (maximum 125 people) wedding & reception, gaduation party, family reunion, baby shower, etc.
2 night minimum. $450,/night or $2500./week, for up to 8 people. Additional people staying overnight - $50/adult/night ($250./week) or $20./child under age 12 yrs./night ($100./week). $10./person for day guests.
