Policies
- A third guest can be accommodated for $25 per night.
- 7.1% sales tax will be added.
- Reservations are recommended 3 or 4 weeks in advance.
- From April 1 through October 31, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
- For guests staying 3 consecutive days, the third day is $50.
- Check-in time: 4 to 9 PM; Check-out time: 11 AM (unless prior arrangements have been made).
- Children over 8 are welcome.
- We are able to accommodate pets in one guest suite (see conditions).
- Payment: 50% deposit required.
- Credit Cards (MasterCard & Visa), cash, traveler's checks, and personal checks are accepted.
- Cancellation policy: With 10 days notice, deposit will be returned, minus a $15 cancellation fee. With less notice, deposit is forfeited if we are unable to rent the room(s).
