The real highlight though is our made to order omelets and Belgian waffles. Whether you're dashing off to a meeting or lingering and relaxing, we've got what you need to start your day.
Weekends 8:00 - 10:00 am

Join us on Friday and Saturday afternoons from 4:00 to 6:00 in the parlor for cheese and beverage sampling! Gourmet coffees and teas, soft drinks, and snacks are always available in our parlor.

History Lesson
Eastern Pennsylvania is steeped in historical richness dating from the Lenape Indians of the Forks of the Delaware region, as well as colonial and revolutionary significance.Easton was the site of the July 8, 1776, reading of the Declaration of Independence in Centre Square and celebrates this occasion with Heritage Day each July.
George Washington launched General Sullivan's northern campaign from Easton and the Northampton Historical and Genealogical Society is an excellent resource for seeking insights into your family tree.
Easton also boasts that their version of the stars and stripes pre-dates Betsy Ross' version and the original flag is on display at the public library.
The Sigal Museum in downtown Easton explores the local history in depth with interactive displays, special programs and galleries for special exhibits. The National Canal Museum offers insights into a by-gone era of transportation and the buildings of the Moravian settlement of the early 18th century are still in use in Bethlehem.

North on I-476 to Lehigh Valley Exit, Route 22 East. Drive 20 miles to the 4th Street Exit in Easton. Make a left turn at end of exit ramp onto Bushkill St., go 2 blocks to traffic light. Turn left at light onto 3rd Street heading North towards Lafayette College. Road curves right and ascends steep hill. At the top of the hill, road curves left and name changes to Cattell Street. I-80 East toward New Jersey/New York to Route 33 South. Stay on Route 33 South to Route 22 East. Take route 22 East to the 4th Street Exit in Easton.
