Standard Full Rooms: Cozy and comfy, our full rooms are an extremely affordable Pennsylvania Mountain getaway option. They offer bright quilts, air conditioning and private baths with tub/shower combinations (Full Rooms: Room 4 and Room 6). November-March: $149 - $164; April-October: $179

Standard Queen Rooms: These traditional inn rooms are thoughtfully appointed with queen beds, reading chairs, air conditioning and private baths, some with shower and bath. (Standard Queen Rooms: Rooms 1, 3, 7, 9, 13). November-March: $169 - $184; April-October: $199

Special Full Rooms: Our special full room (Room 14) is great for friends traveling together. It offers two full beds, a sitting area, air conditioning, charming quilts and pillows, and a private bath with tub and shower. November-March: $179 - $194; April-October: $209

Standard King Rooms: Slanting walls and little nooks distinguish our large and lovely Standard King Room (Room 10). Features include classic rocking chairs, a small dresser, air conditioning and a private bath with shower. November-March: $179 - $194; April-October: $209

Specialty Suites: Offering extra space and separate sitting areas, our suites feature private baths with tub and shower, air conditioning, writing desks and lots of classic inn charm. (Speciality Suites: Rooms 2, 15 and 18). November-March: $229 - $244; April-October: $259

Special Queen Rooms: Warm and welcoming, these rooms offer delightful wooden queen beds, a loveseat or armchairs, air conditioning and private baths, most with tub and shower. (Special Queen Rooms: Rooms 5, 11, 12 and 19). November-March: $179 - $194; April-October: $209

Whirlpool Room: A large bathroom with two-person spa tub is the star of the show in our whirlpool room (Room 16). Other features include a four-poster iron queen bed, loveseat sleeper, reading armchair and air conditioning. November-March: $229 - $244; April-October: $259

Premium Rooms: Spacious and light-filled, these lovely rooms offer king beds, loveseats, armchairs, air conditioning and large private baths. Room 17 is handicapped accessible and features french doors out to a private patio. (Premium Rooms: Room 8 and Room 17). November-March: $209 - $224; April-October: $239

Policies & Guest Information

• Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra person in room (1 year old+) is $50 a night or $300 per week. For single occupancy, we deduct $30 per night or $150 per week from the room rate.
• Some weekdays and most weekends require a 2 or 3 night minimum. Weekend one-night reservations can sometimes be had on a Friday or Sunday night. Note: Higher rates apply for: Golf Weekends; New Year's Eve; Event Weekends; and selected Special Packages.
• Taxes: A Local Room Tax (3%), PA Tax (6%) and 15% Service Charge added to all Charges
• Check-in: after 3 p.m. and before 10 p.m.
• Checkout: by 11 a.m.
• Our desk is closed and a machine records messages from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., unless you tell us that you expect an emergency call.
• Based on historical continuity and the stated preference of many of our guests we automatically add a 15% Service Charge to all Room, Food Beverage and Country Club charges. This covers gratuities for all employees as well as: Lake Association and Country Club privileges (you still need to pay for their individual services); plus, other miscellaneous goods and services not charged on a per use basis to guests.
• We are a small resort Inn whose policy is to never overbook rooms. Because we guarantee your reservation: reservations are not held unless we receive a deposit (which we process upon receipt). Reservations canceled for any reason less that 14 days prior to arrival (or if you check out earlier than reserved), results in loss of deposit amount. Groups and Special Events may require a longer cancellation notice.
