Policies
- Reservations made by phone or online require a one night or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) at the time the reservation is made. Any balance due is payable upon your arrival.
- Check-in is from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. If you are arriving after 7:00pm, please call us at least 24 hours in advance of your stay so that we may make special arrangements for your arrival.
- Breakfast: A hearty full breakfast is served every morning between 8:30am - 9:30am; we will accommodate other times as best we can if necessitated by guests other commitments/appointments. Special dietary requirements should be shared when making a reservation.
- Room Rates: There is an additional 9% tax (6% state, 3% county), on all room rates.
- All rooms are billed at double occupancy. Our suites can accommodate two additional guests. Each additional guest will be charged $15 per person per night + 9% tax (please list extra person(s) in box provided when making reservation online.
- We accept: Cash, Personal Checks (with adequate ID), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Check-out: by 11:00am
- Cancellations: Due to the limited number of guestrooms, cancellation of confirmed reservations must be made 14 or more days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. If your reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for all charges. However, if we can re-book your room(s) dates, a refund can be given less the $25 processing fee.
- Children: Required to be at least 10 years of age
- Please No smoking, No pets.
- All guest accommodations are on the second floor of the bed and breakfast. They are not wheel chair accessible, as we do not have an elevator.
