Cape Blanco ~ $145/165.00

This beautiful room on the first floor of the house is wheelchair-accessible, as is the full private bathroom. French doors give access directly to the wraparound porch, from which you will have lovely views of Garrison Lake. It is decorated in the colors of our local Cape Blanco Lighthouse; soft greens, cream, and rose. It will sleep two comfortably in a queen-sized bed.

Nantucket ~ $130.00/150.00

This is our largest room, on the southeast corner of the house. The room is decorated in relaxing greys and blues, reminiscent of the beaches of the northeast Atlantic. There is a beautiful view of Garrison Lake from the front windows, and our lovely marsh from the side. There is a queen-sized bed, twin pull-out sofa, and private bathroom.

Key West ~ $125.00/145.00

This large room on the west side of the house glows like a tropical sunset. Your view will be of the woods, full of Port Orford cedar, madrone, and Douglas fir, as well as the marsh. There is a queen-sized bed and a full private bathroom.

Captiva ~ $120.00/140.00

This is our smallest room, on the south side of the house, and bright with the colors of a Captiva Island sunrise. The windows frame a view of Garrison Lake on one side, and our lovely woods on the other. There is a queen-sized bed and full private bathroom.

Policies & Guest Information

1. We are a non-smoking facility. We do have one designated smoking area, but due to the risk of fire we ask you not to smoke anywhere inside the facility or on the grounds, except for the designated area.
2. No children under the age of twelve, no matter how well-behaved.
3. No pets, please. Many of our guests have allergies.
4. A one-night deposit is required for reservation, by credit card.
5. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Please call ahead to make arrangements for another check-in time.
6. We require seven days' notice for cancellation of your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded if you give us seven days' notice. With less than a seven-day notice, your deposit will be refunded only if the room is reserved by another party. During the high season (April through October), canceling your reservation with less than seven days' notice will result in a charge for each night that remains unreserved. Holiday weekends require a fourteen-day advance notice of cancellation. These holidays include New Year's, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
7. Prices are based on double occupancy. For only one guest in a room, subtract $10. For an extra person in the room, add $20.
8. This is our home, as well as a bed and breakfast. We trust you as we would any invited guest here; however, a charge will be added to your bill for any broken or missing items.

Although we have done everything possible to provide you with a safe environment, you are responsible for your own safety. Use caution when hiking or walking about the property, and remain in the lighted areas after dark. This is a natural environment which you are free to explore at your own risk.
