    Zen Garden Bed & Breakfast - Manzanita, Oregon

    We have two separate accommodations - The Hiroshige Suite and the Zen Room.

    The Hiroshige Suite

    The Hiroshige Suite is the larger of the two, being about 800 square feet in all. It has a separate entrance, views of the Zen Garden and patios, a queen size bed, a spacious living room with a big screen television (DVD VHS only) and a bathroom with tub and shower. Breakfast is served to the guests of the Hiroshige Suite in their living room.

    Breakfast is served to the guests privately in their suite, or outside on the patio, weather permitting. The guests choose what they would like to eat from a menu that is provided the previous evening. The menu changes daily. Usually, there is fresh fruit and orange juice followed by a choice of eggs and bacon, hot oatmeal, granola and omelets or crepes with various fillings.

    The Zen Room

    Breakfast is served to the guests privately in their suite, or outside on the patio, weather permitting. The guests choose what they would like to eat from a menu which is provided the previous evening. The menu changes daily. Usually, there is fresh fruit and orange juice followed by a choice of eggs and bacon, hot oatmeal, granola and omelets or crepes with various fillings.

    The Zen Room has a queen sized bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a large, flat screen television, (DVD only). Breakfast is served to the guests of the Zen Room in the Bistro adjacent to the Zen Room.The Bistro overlooks Nehalem Bay State Park and is available to the guests of the Zen Room at any time. Occasionally the managers pass through the Bistro, but otherwise it is for the exclusive use of the guests of the Zen Room.

    Policies

    We do not provide or permit the use of a microwave oven. No cooking or food preparation on the premises. Snacks and take out food permitted.
    We are a strictly non smoking facility, both inside and outside the house.
    We do not accommodate children or pets at Zen Garden.
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
    Seasons
    High Season is July and August through Labor Day.
    Mid Season is Memorial weekend through June and Labor Day through September.
    Low Season is October through May.
    Reservations: Prices are for double occupancy and include breakfast. The full amount, payable at the time of reservation, accompanied by a signed reservation form, is required to confirm the reservation. Reservations cannot be made by a third party. Accommodation can be provided only for the people whose names appear on the reservation form.
    Payment is made by check or cash payable upon arrival for last minute reservations. We do not accept credit cards or gift certificates.
    Cancellations: Reservations can be refunded fully, less a twenty-five dollar cancellation fee, if cancelled up to twenty one days before the date of arrival. After twenty one days before the date of arrival, reservations can be refunded, less the $25.00 cancellation fee, only if we are able to rebook the rooms. We will make every effort to do so.
    Check in time is between 4 and 6 P.M. Late arrivals may be arranged. Check out time is 11 A.M.
