Wilson Ranches Retreat is hosted by 5th generation Oregon Pioneers, Phil and Nancy Wilson, on a 9,000 acre cattle ranch. Turn of the century ranch house with seven bedrooms, private and common baths, large living/dining room, full kitchen, guest refrigerator and microwave, and a 400 sq. ft. deck for lounging. A great place to headquarter your exploration of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument. Trail rides, cattle drives, 4x4 sunset ranch tours, photography, bird watching, star gazing, hiking, fishing, hunting, fossil digging, and Kinzua Hills 6-Hole Golf Course. WRR offers a restful location for your week or overnight getaway. The ranch house will accommodate from 1 guest to 20 or more. Lodging and activity rates available upon inquiry. Reservations suggested although drop-ins and visitors are welcome. The Retreat also offers corrals and barn for your horses or mules.

Phil, Nancy and the Wilson family have owned and operated the Wilson Ranches for four generations. Phil's Cal Poly San Luis Obispo degree in Animal Science and Ranch Management, as well as Nancy's ranch and office administration background has allowed the family to meet the rising demands of the cattle and hay ranching industry.
