Room Information
Our guest rooms are large and comfortable, elegantly decorated and furnished in a variety of styles. Each room has a private, en suite bath. For reading and relaxing in your room, there are two comfortable chairs, reading lights and an interesting selection of books and magazines. Each room is equipped with a private telephone, high-speed Internet access (cable or Wi-Fi) and TV with DVD. Local calls are free. For our guest's sleeping comfort, we feature pillow-top mattresses, deluxe bedding and an extra blanket in each room. You'll find luxurious bathrobes in the closet. The bathrooms are equipped with conditioning shampoo, hand lotion, glycerin soap, shower cap, lip gloss and hair dryer. Rates & Policies
- Our standard in-house room rate is $129 a night.
- Hannah's Cottage is $149 a night.
- We offer a 10% discount for stays of 4 nights or more.
- We discount the standard rate for single occupancy, corporate travelers, and OSU Departments.

- We have increased rates and special policies for OSU Graduation Weekend, Football Weekends, and Mom's and Dad's Weekends.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- City of Corvallis ordinance prohibits smoking in the inn.
- Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards accepted.
- Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 7 days notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge for each night the room remains vacant. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.
- On OSU special events weekends, we require at least 14 days notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations for OSU special events weekends received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of each night the room remains vacant. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.
