    Moose Lodge Suite II
    Moose Lodge Suite II    		 The suites in the Moose Temple Lodge are versatile and private and perfect for larger parties, families with children or folks with pets. The Moose Temple Lodge is adjacent to Clementine's Bed and Breakfast. It is the oldest building in Astoria and was the home of the Moose Temple from 1900 to 1940 and later the Mormon Church. The 1850's building has been charmingly renovated with skylights, wood floors, fireplaces and decorated in a casual cottage motif with a collection of primitives and elderly pieces. (This space is also available as a longer term vacation rental. Please inquire about rates.)
    Moose Lodge Suites I & II

    There are two private bedrooms available individually or both suites can be rented together as a larger two-bedroom suite. The private bedrooms share a comfortable and spacious common area which has a wonderful beamed ceiling and skylights, small efficient kitchen, large dining/game table, comfortable sitting area with a large futon couch (which makes into queen size bed), a round wood-burning fireplace. The common area is accessed by a private entrance off a large deck (wheel chair accessible) with tables and chairs with a view of the Flavel House Museum and vintage gardens. Breakfast is included with your visit. The same lovely amenities as from Clementine's enhance the rooms. The Common area has a gas fireplace and tv/dvd. If both suites are rented by one party, the capacity increases to 6 people with the use of the fold out futon couch. Extra person charge is $20 each. We prefer a two night minimum reservation.

    • Moose Lodge Suite I is a spacious room and has a queen size featherbed with ensuite private bath w/ large shower.
    • Moose Lodge Suite II has queen size featherbed with ensuite private bath w/ two person Jacuzzi tub.
    The Riverview Loft

    The Riverview Loft is a spacious two-level suite with private entrance. The main floor includes a sitting area with gas fireplace, a full kitchen, and private bath w/shower. The second floor includes the bedroom with 2 full size beds, and has cottage-style pitched roof ceiling and skylight, and a second private bath with Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony offers a view of the Columbia River and Flavel House Museum and gardens. We prefer a two night reservation; a weekly vacation rental is possible. The quoted rate is for double occupancy, however, the capacity can accommodate up to 6 people. The extra person charge is $20adult $10/child each.

    Reservations and Availability
    • Rates are quoted for two people.
    • A room tax of 10% will be added to your total.
    • Extra people are $20 each; children 12 years and under are $10 each. Infants are free.
    • We have a two-night minimum stay including a Saturday night stay on weekends during the summer and holiday weekends.
    • We accept one-night reservations most of the time, otherwise.
    • Check our current rates from the Availability Calendar.
    • There is a $15 surcharge for pets for the length of the stay.
    • Please read our Pet Policy.
    • Reservations can be made online. It's easy to reach us toll free at 800.521.6801. You can call us between 10 am & 9 pm seven days a week to reserve a room. Do not hesitate to call us if you have a question.
    • Reservations require a major credit card to hold and guarantee the room. You may also pay a deposit by check of one nights stay including tax in lieu of a credit card.
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers' checks and cash.
    • We recommend making summer and holiday reservations well in advance.
    • If you have to cancel within seven days of your reservation and we do not rent the room to someone else we charge you for one night stay including tax. If you have to cancel, notifying us promptly greatly reduces the chance that you will be charged. Cancellations prior to seven days from your reservation date are completely acceptable and there is no charge.
    • Early departures will be charged for the full reserved time period.
    • Clementine's Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility.
    • Pets and children are welcome in the Moose Temple Lodge.
    • There is a $15 pet fee per length of stay.
    • Children 12 and under are $10.
    • Our check-in time is between 4 and 6 pm; check-out time is 11 am.
    • We have handicap accessible rooms. Please inquire upon making your reservation.
