This quaint cabin is located on a 110-acre cattle ranch where you can experience the beauty of the seasons. You can enjoy nature by hiking wooded ridges, fishing, bird watching, playing basketball or relaxing in your private hot tub or on your porch swing.
This romantic getaway is cheerfully decorated with high ceiling beams, handmade quilts and baskets, and country furnishings in the spacious bedroom, living area, and well-equipped kitchen area. All guests are treated with special touches such as fresh flowers, baked goods, chilled sparkling juice, etc. A fireplace and an abundance of candles are provided to create the ambiance. Aunt Jan will serve a delicious country breakfast to your cabin each morning.

What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn?
My log cabin is located on a small cattle ranch, decorated with handmade quilts, birdhouses, and family antiques. It is one large room with bedroom and kitchen areas and a den area with fireplace and private hot tub on cabin porch. The cabin exterior and interior are logs. I like everything about my cabin!

What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn?
The best compliments include peace and quiet, beautiful setting and cabin décor, and my hospitality.
What’s the best kept secret about the area?
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
Places my guests would enjoy include: picnicking and hiking on our ridge, and fishing (all within walking or driving distance), Wister Lake, Spiro Mounds, Heavener Runestone Park, Peter Conser Home, Cavanaugh Hill (highest hill in the world) Cedar Lake, Talimena Drive, antique stores, and fall festivals.

Unique places to eat include: Wildhorse Mountain Barbecue, The Barn (best catfish buffet), Lahuerta Mexican, Warehouse Willy's (steak house) and the Southern Bell.

I have one Log Cabin.
Do you accept pets?
I do not allow pets in the cabin, but they are more than welcome outside. My dog is always happy to have guests. There is a pet motel about 10 miles away.
