Building 1: starting at $139 per room, per night, per one or two guests.

Room 1A is handicap accessible and features a queen-size bed with a dual walk-in shower, 4’ x 6’ walk-in closet. A wallpaper photomural that is 9’x12’ of Deep Finger south of Standing Rock at Lake Tenkiller. This guestroom has an adjoining locking door to the optional Kitchen/Great room and opens to 464 square feet of private covered deck area.

Kitchen/Great Room For an extra $49 per day, enjoy the comfort of home. Features a knotty pine wood vaulted ceiling and trim with full-size windows and glass doors. A striking natural art display above the kitchen cabinets created by Chef “What’s His Name”. Kitchen includes an oversized refrigerator/freezer, range with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice machine (50 lb. per day capacity), granite countertops along with dishes and cooking tools. The Great Room has a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table for 6. Also includes a sitting area with TV/DVD/VHS combination player. Opens to 8’ wrap-around covered deck and terrific view of the property.

Room 1B has 2 full-size beds with a tub/shower combination and 4’ x 5’ walk-in closet. A wallpaper photomural that is 9’x12’ of Three Fingers at Lake Tenkiller. Beautiful natural stone and boulder stairway ascending to the 544 square-feet private deck.

Building 2: starting at $149 per room, per night, per one or two guests.

Two shared covered decks, one on the front side and one on the backside. The backside deck is 256 square feet and raised, which gives a terrific view of the property, scenic highway, mountains, beautiful sunsets, seasonal cascading waterfall, and wildlife. The front deck is 256 square feet, offers front door and drive-through parking with ample parking for cars, boats, and trailers. Rooms are slightly oversized; closets are spacious 2’ x 5’, and bathrooms have extra heating.

Room 2A features a king-size bed and tub/shower combination. A wallpaper photomural that is 9’x12’ of the Bluff near Pettit Bay at Lake Tenkiller.

Room 2B features 2 queen-size beds and a tub/shower combination. A wallpaper photomural that is 9’x12’ of Battleship Point north of Cookson Bend at Lake Tenkiller.

Building 3: starting at $169 per room, per night, per one or two guests.

Oversized rooms (420 square feet) with king-size beds, 2-person whirlpool tub/shower combination, bathrooms have extra heating, bistro dining table for two, and reclining/rocking theater chairs with ottomans. Each room opens to 336 square feet of private covered deck with patio furniture and 2-person deck swing (350 lb capacity).

Room 3A Spacious floor plan with ample closet space (4 ½ feet x 4 feet). A wallpaper photomural that is 9’x12’ wallpaper of the east side of Goat Island, at Lake Tenkiller.
