Each of the four private bed and breakfast guest rooms is complete with a Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, private lakeview balcony and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast is served daily in the dining area, or brought up to your room if requested. Complimentary cocktails are served each evening while star-gazing from the decks. The outdoor hot tub and fireplace also provide a gorgeous setting for your enjoyment.

Rates & Policies

$200 per night Sun thru Thurs and $250 per night on Friday and Saturday.

*Rates include breakfast for all guests. There is no additional charge for breakfast; it is part of the room rate. If you have special dietary needs or requests, please make those in advance of your arrival so we can make necessary preparation.

• We are an adult oriented facility and do not accept children under the age of 18. Because we are an exclusive Inn, our guests arrive seeking peace, solitude and luxury

• Well behaved dogs are allowed. We have a small dog (Sooner) that gets along well with others.
  
• We accept all major credit cards and use pay pal for secure transactions.
  
• Each of our rooms have a king size beds.
  
• All rooms include the use of two designer robes, plush designer towels and an extensive line of the finest bath amenities.
  
• Full gourmet breakfast included each day. Delivered to you or served in the dining room. We use only the highest quality ingredients.
  
• Evening wine & beer served daily at our antique bar.
  
• We choose to indulge our guests by using only Egyptian cotton linens, and providing numerous pillows for your relaxation and comfort.
  
• We have complimentary wireless internet access and satellite TV.
  
• Rates are double occupancy; additional guest in room is $50 per person

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• At the time a reservation is made it will be secured by a $25 non-refundable deposit..
• From the time a reservation is booked reservations will be subject to a $25 rebooking/cancellation fee from that moment it was booked up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• We require a 14-day notice in advance of the date reserved, Which means, you must notify us by 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day prior to your check-in date, to only be charged a $25 fee.
• If canceling 8-14 days before your check-in date, you will be charged one nights deposit plus expenses incurred for special arrangements (flowers, gifts,massages, meals)
• If canceling 3- 7 days before your check-in date, there will be a 100% cancellation penalty (14 days during peak events and holiday bookings.) We will charge the card you left as a guarantee for the full amount of the cancelled reservation. We will then mail you a gift certificate for 25% of the cancelled reservation to use with in 6 months toward a future stay with the same package or better.
• Guests who do not show up or cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit all fees and 100% of the entire stay will be charged with no credit offered toward future stay

We do not want to appear unsympathetic to your circumstances, however, we only have a few rooms that would not be available to others and we special order all our amenities in advance all of which are non refundable for us.

* The same holds true for early departures (there is no refund if you leave before you are scheduled to depart). Please do not reserve dates, unless you are certain of the length of your stay.

Welcome to Lago Vista Bed and Breakfast, sitting on a mountainside over looking beautiful Broken Bow Lake and surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Each room boasts a spectacular view of the water. You will have a hard time deciding if you want to be in your plush surroundings or outside on your balcony to enjoy the fabulous view of our Oklahoma Lake.
When you first arrive, you'll be struck by the Tuscan appearance, which is very different from all the log cabins in the surrounding area. Just inside the front doors of our Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast, you are surrounded by antiques, which you will barely notice because the view of the Broken Bow Lake out the back window will take your breath away! And it only gets better.

There are plenty of daily outdoor activities aroung our Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast to enjoy in this beautiful area. Eagle-watching is very popular. The David Boren Nature Trail is just steps away. This trail takes you all the way to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Trout and bass fishing are bountiful, along with other water activities, including a canoe or kayak float down our Oklahoma river, water skiing and swimming.Or, you can visit the local winery, and gift shop, Girls Gone Wine, for free wine tasting. You can simply purchase your favorite wines, or make a batch with your own private label.
Chandler will be the only child on the property because Our Breakfast inn is for adults only. No children are allowed - but you can bring your dog. We certainly love children, but most people visiting a Bed and Breakfast want to get away from it all and that includes the kids.
In your room you can curl up and read a book by the fireplace, bed or take a bubbly soak in the Jacuzzi tub. Oils, salts and bubbles will be provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you forget something, We can probably supply it for you if it isn't already in your Bed and Breakfast room. There is a media room on the first floor for movies, and a game room for shooting pool or playing board games. Lago Vista loves birthdays, romantic getaways and anniversaries. We will do something special for your special someone if requested when visiting.
