    Get away from it all in this historic 19th century home that has been restored to it's original simplicity of the Zoar Society. Guest rooms have been decorated with period antiques, sleep in authentic rope beds (updated to mattresses & springs), keep your clothes in an early kas or hanging on Zoar hooks.  You may spend your mornings enjoying breakfast in the dining room or on the screened porch (in season) overlooking the gardens.  Look forward to gourmet fare such as the specialty of the house GERMAN PUFF PANCAKE w/glazed apples and sausage, or Swiss Country Eggs, Banana  stuffed French Toast  or a variety of other breakfast fare that always includes fresh fruit, juices and home baked muffins, breads, scones and coffee cakes.,and of  course coffee, tea or milk.

    You may enjoy viewing the many collections of antiques throughout the dining room, keeping room , the guest living room.  The innkeepers are always happy to give background of their personal antiques, as well as the antiques that are for sale in their shop which adjoins the bed & breakfast in the same building.  They will also make dinner reservations if you have chosen a restaurant and direct you to other areas of interest in Tuscarawas County , Stark & Holmes Counties.

    Spend the day wandering through the adjoining antique shop or strolling through the streets of historic Zoar Village, exploring the twelve  block historic district of one of America's original communlal societies .
