The Blue Room, featuring wonderful navy wall paper showcasing six fantastic framed themes of Childrens Stories. The Bed is a rope bed (converted to regular springs and mattresses) double in size, covered in a variation Star quilt. A field Chippendale chest of drawers sits at the end of the room, above which is a large reproduction Chippendale mirror.
There is a very comfortable wing chair with floor lamp for reading on one side of the bed; the other side featuring a candle stand with clock-radio and another lamp.
An open front Pennsylvania hanging corner cupboard with assorted pieces of redware calls this room home. A terry cloth robe is available in the room for your convenience. A tape seated slat back chair sits under the cupboard.
The use of a bath privately lies just outside the room.

This room features side by side twin beds, with antique stands at each side, radio alarm clock, and lamps. A Chippendale Tall Chest, 18th century blanket box, Zoar Kas, tri- footed tea table beside which sits a comfortable wingchair. A Pa. paint grained plank seat chair is in the room, along with a number of assorted "Puffy Sleeve" water color renderings. An antique sleigh sits atop the Zoar Kas along with other antique items to view. Coverings change with the seasons and the latest can be found on the Cobbler Shop Web site. Terry cloth robe available in the room. Use of the bath privately is just outside the door. Shower.
The Rose room and the Stripe room are a great combination when a family or two couples are visiting together. There is a discount available for this arrangement, in sharing the bath.
Fantastic canopied field bed covered with a great folk art quilt. 6 board blanket box at foot of bed with candle stand beside bed with lamp and clock-radio, bow front chest of drawers along with a wing chair and candle stand. Fun to hang your clothes on original Zoar hooks!
The field bed is equivalent to a double sized bed.

No stairs to climb - a most comfortable room with a queen bed covered in a beatiful hand crafted quilt. Radio-alarm sits on cherry stand beside bed along with a wing chair for comfort. A TV in this room is seated atop a walnut bowed dresser, and oriental rugs on random width oak floor add to the decor. This room also has a bath within the room. Terry cloth robe available in room. Windows are half shuttered to afford privacy from the porch, which this room has access to immediately from the hall. The porch is screened (plexiglass covered in the winter) and is wonderful for reading, watching TV or just enjoying the garden view With doors exiting off each end of the porch, one can walk in the garden or sit in many of the nooks and crannies that have been developed in the garden to rest or enjoy the birds.
Wonderful four post queen bed, canopied, with antique quilt mahogany bow front dresser, and Tilt top tea table with wing chair coordinate well with a Zoar Kas and a Shaker tape seat chair. A basket of fresh towelsis always available in this room decorated with folk art and Chippendale mirrors. Oriental rugs cover the original random width painted floors. Radio-alarm sits atop a walnut Hepplewhite stand beside the bed.
We remove the canopy in the summer months for better movement of air conditioning.
