Schwartz Room $95
The Brothers Schwartz Room, a refreshing refuge from everyday cares decorated in soft greens echoing the gardens outside, features a Jenny Lind queen-sized four-poster bed, elegant Victorian love seat, and antique slant-top desk to inspire the budding writer. The suite also features the Inn's only Jacuzzi bathroom, a cool tiled room that makes the perfect setting for a little pampering.
Yarnell Room $95
Across the hall, the elegant Yarnell Room features a king-sized four-poster bed in a spacious setting with love seat and easy chairs. The bathroom reveals the original design of the house and adds historical charm to the suite. This room is well loved by many of our regular guests.
McIlvaine Room $95
At the front of the house, the McIlvaine Room features an east-facing bay window with a glorious morning view over the cottage garden. The room's amenities include a queen-sized four-poster Pineapple bed, a cozy love seat, and a modern corner bathroom with shower stall. Many of our long-term guests prefer this suite for its comfort, charm, and beautiful view.
Harbor Hill Room $75
A quiet corner of the first floor reveals the Harbor Hill Room, a cozy room with antique twin beds - a favorite space for family and friends who want to share a room but require separate beds. The attached bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower. Our guests especially like the easy access from this room to the dining room and kitchen area.

Guest Information
- Guests arriving at different times are provided with a code for keyless entry and the ease of a self check-in.
- Our room rates range from $75 to $95 per night, but for special-event weekends rate may vary.
- We offer a special rate for those guests wishing to rent the whole house or who choose to stay for an extended period.
- Those guests requiring a later check out and additional guests are charged an additional rate of $25.
- All of the rooms are air-conditioned in summer and offer color cable television and complimentary wireless Internet for guests. Phones are provided for local outgoing calls.
- Payment in cash or by check is preferred, but the inn also accepts all major credit cards.
- If you need to cancel, we require 72 hours' notice or we regret we will need to charge you for one night (which can be credited to a future stay).
- Self check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, for earlier check-in contact the inn keeper.
- Check-out time is 11 AM.
- On-street parking is available.
- Smoking is welcome outside only.
- Gift certificates are available.
