    DAYDREAMS is a quaint cottage conveniently located in the heart of Wilmington, Ohio. Located next to Wilmington College and within walking distance to Downtown, this home offers accommodations for your business or vacation travel. This two-bedroom cottage accommodates a single party of up to six guests. Your continental-style breakfast will consist of homemade pastries and breads, bagels, fresh fruit, and many other traditional selections.

    Policies:

    • Reservations: Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
    • Payment Method: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Cash, personal check and traveler's checks are also accepted for final payment upon arrival.
    • Deposits & Refunds: A deposit of $50 charged to a major credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is refundable until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 50% of the entire amount of the reserved stay. No refund or credit for early departure.
    • Arrival & Departure: Arrival time is 3 p.m., unless otherwise arranged. Departure time is 11 a.m., unless otherwise arranged. There will be no refunds for early departure.
    • No Pets.
    • No Smoking: All indoor areas are designated non-smoking; smoking is permitted in outdoor common areas only (porch/backyard).
    • Damages/Lost Keys: A minimum fee of $50 may be added if the home is left in an inappropriate state at departure, which may include stained bedding, excessively dirty kitchen area, stains on furnishings, etc. A $75 fee will be imposed if the key(s) are not returned at check-out.
