The Wooded Garden Bed and Breakfast in Wilmington, Ohio is a small intimate inn sitting within ten acres of virgin woods. Just a three minute drive from interstate access, the inn is not out of the way... but way out of the ordinary. We are less than an hour from Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio and are close to many southwestern Ohio area attractions such as Prime Outlets Jeffersonville, Roberts Arena, Roberts Convention Center, Little Miami Bike Trail, Hara Arena, Ohio Renaissance Festival, Wilmington College, Lebanon, Waynesville and Yellow Springs, OH etc.With three private guest suites and a shared lodge suite our guests find their accommodations offer privacy and tranquility. Each suite has its own outside entry into the bed and breakfast building which is separate from the innkeepers' log home. Through the windows guests view the peacefulness of the surrounding woodlands. The accommodations at The Wooded Garden make for a perfect blend of pampering and privacy.

or makes special your overnight stop in route to your final destination.The Wooded Garden Bed and Breakfast is just outside of Wilmington, Ohio on Rt. 73, only three miles east of Interstate 71, and less than an hour from Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio. There is much to offer in Wilmington, many fun and interesting places to visit... from the historic Murphy Theater to Gibson's Goodies, from Wilmington College to Roberts Arena & Convention Center and much more. Did you know that author Norman Crampton featured Wilmington, Ohio in his book, 100 Best Small Towns in America (published by Prentice Hall 1993) and Cincinnati Magazine chose Wilmington as "#1 Most Livable Neighborhood" out of 181 surrounding cities and towns.
For those who want a first hand look at nature, there are walking paths on the bed and breakfast property. The trails that stretch almost a mile through the woods provide scenery conducive to meditation, conversation, or a pleasant way to get a little exercise. Garden benches allow visitors to stop along the way. Tranquility prevails while hiking the woods. Our new "Welcoming Garden" invites you to come in and sit awhile. This is the first of the new gardens planted on the property. The "Miniature Hosta Garden", "Triangle Garden" and "Painted Garden" beds have also been completed. More gardens are planned for this and many summers to come.

In the evenings guests enjoy sitting around the fire relaxing, star gazing and listening to the peaceful night sounds while chatting with the innkeepers as well as other guests. Guests are invited to our log home for breakfast at 8:30 am. An interesting selection of recipes are served as our guests linger at the table either inside the log home or on the deck overlooking the woods.
Arrangements can be made ahead of time to rent the Lodge Suite for a special occasion, day retreat, small meeting or conference with or without an overnight visit in one of our guest suites. Brunch or luncheon can be provided for these events.
