Unique Dining Experience
Several Amish families open their homes for guests to dine with them. This evening meal is usually served at 6:30 and includes two meats, several side dishes, salad and dessert. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required and is based on availability. Prices range from $15 - $25 per person (in cash); tipping is optional but appreciated. These meals are usually served on Saturday nights but other nights can be scheduled if there are at least 4 people participating.

Recreational Outings
Terry and Brenda are outdoor enthusiasts and are happy to help guests plan their own outdoor excursions. There are several rail/trail options in the area that are perfect for running or biking. There are even some paddle/pedal routes where you can combine canoeing (or kayaking) with biking and never have to go on a road! For guests bringing their own equipment, we can offer storage. There are also local rentals. With advance notice, we can even accompany you or help with shuttle arrangements. Go to these websites for more information on area trails:

Looking for a place for a girlfriend’s getaway or a family reunion? The Cornerstone can sleep 8 people comfortably or 10 people cozily! You still get our great breakfast – just buffet style instead of “sit-down” formal. Prices range from $300 - $350/night, depending on the number of guests staying.
