Our Farrell House Lodge, which is a two-story, plantation styled mansion, features meeting and banquet facilities along with fine dining and cozy overnight accommodations. Our staff — your Sunnybrook special events team — will work with you with the utmost attention to detail to make sure that your wedding celebration is a solid success.

Located on 130 acres of lush woodlands just south of Sandusky Ohio, Sunnybrook is a scenic treasure that offers carefully-tended grounds. A population of grand willows holds sway over imposing vistas, thus making Sunnybrook ideal for outdoor venues. Adding to its panaramic splendor are two miles of Ohio’s legendary Cold Creek, which gently meanders though the site's picturesque meadows.

For those looking to host a special event, Farrell House Lodge and grounds can accommodate large and small venues such as banquets, weddings, and family reunions. Business group meeting facilities also are available. In addition, the lodge and trout club are available for privately sponsored corporate outings and events.

Farrell House Lodge offers ten comfortable guest rooms, including three fireplace suites. Five of the rooms have private baths. Prices range from $89 to $255. Dinners at the lodge include fresh trout caught from Sunnybrook's stream and Lake Erie perch during Fish-Fry Fridays as well as weekly chef specials.

Guests at the lodge can participate also in a Farrell House Murder Mystery Dinner based on a script that takes place at the Sunnybrook Vineyards Estates. The dinner is held as an evening event coordinated with wine tasting interludes between each act.

In fall an outdoor pig roast banquet is held featuring blue-grass music, hayrides, games, and prizes. The lodge along with Sunnybrook Trout Club also features a workshop of custom bamboo rod building by master rod builder Jeff Wagner.
