Farrell House Lodge is an 1890's replica of a southern mansion tempered by a gracious lifestye. It is an ideal getaway retreat located a few miles southwest of Sandusky, Ohio on the grounds of Sunnybrook Trout Club. It is tucked away on 130 acres of scenic woodlands that are kept as a nature conservancy. Its pastoral meadows and the surrounding landscape play host to an abundance of wildlife. Winding through the property is a two mile stretch of Ohio's legendary Cold Creek, a crystal clear stream that never freezes.
Farrell House offers ten comfortable guest rooms, including 3 fireplace suites. A free standing cabin, restored from an early 1900's grainery barn, is also available for multiple day rentals.
For those looking to host a special event, Farrell House Lodge and grounds can accommodate large and small venues such as banquets, weddings, and family reunions. Business group meeting facilities also are available. In addition, the lodge and trout club are available for privately sponsored corporate outings and events.
Nearby, in the greater Sandusky area, are many attractions such as the Cedar Point Amusement Park, several waterparks, the Sandusky Carousel Museum, Lake Erie Islands, charter boat fishing, golf courses, nature trails, and the Hayes Presidential Museum.

Farrell House Lodge is a two-story, plantation styled mansion with two dining areas, a formal sitting room and 10 bedrooms. Our staff will work with you with the utmost attention to detail to make sure that your wedding celebration is perfect in every way. We can accomodate 150 guests for outdoor weddings and 75 for indoor events.
