General Rate & Reservation Information
- Winter rates (November 16 to April 30) range from $125 to $150 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
- Summer rates (May 1 to November 15) range from $160 to $200 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
- Rates are per room -- double or single occupancy (maximum 2 people/room)
- All Taxes are included in rates (note some area hotels charge 11%).
- Breakfast - a delicious full breakfast is served at one time, 9 a.m. For those who wish have an earlier breakfast or those on a Corporate rate, we will serve a fruit melon plate, cereal, toast, orange juice, tea or coffee. Upon arrival, we will discuss with you breakfast timing and any food allergies.
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 p.m. unless other prior arrangements are made. Let us know your expected arrival time.
- Check-out: 11:30 a.m.
- Reservations made in advance should be guaranteed with a credit card or 50% cash deposit or check. We accept VISA, Diners Club, Amex or MasterCard.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund.
- We are a non-smoking inn.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate children.

Lady Anne Room
- Most frequently requested room with an in room sitting area plus a private carpeted balcony (wicker furniture) overlooking beautiful gardens, pond, stream and waterfalls.
- Queen size - four poster canopy bed with spiral posts with matching mirrored dresser and night stand all in cherry wood by Pennsylvania House.
- Private attached bath with combination tub / shower - wicker rack with good selection of current magazines.
- Fluffy robes and towels
- Cable TV
- Two walk in closets with ironing board and iron
- Sitting area with a table and lamp and two upholstered matching arm chairs and lots of recent magazines.
- Sorry, due to antique and glassware furnishings, we do not have accommodations for children or pets.
- Non-smoking inn except out side smoking permitted on Anne room balcony, porches and patios plus outdoors.
