The Rose Garden Room, with a queen-size bed in this upstairs room is as comfortable as it is inviting, covered with an elegant sage comforter, matching shams, and pillows. After enjoying the balcony view of water fountain, watching the sheep in the pastureland and the Honey Run Creek below, enjoy the private bath with it's deep-soaker, two-person whirlpool tub offers a perfect "dream bath" with the barn's super soft water! Our whirlpool tubs are sanitized after each guest stay.

Room amenities include a TV with 40 channels, VCR, DVD, shower, blow dryer, radio alarm, individual climate control, WIRELESS INTERNET, iron, ironing board, and a guest refrigerator in the hallway outside your room. The morning's sun brings the aromas of a country, farm-kitchen breakfast, included with the price of your room. No elevator access and this room is not available to children under 10 years of age.

Century old beams, a four-poster, queen-size bed with a jacquard comforter, shams & pillows, a private bath with a standard tub/shower provide the perfect get-a-way. After enjoying shopping or area attractions, you and your love may enjoy complimentary popcorn while you watch one of the barn's many movies from our video library, relax with a book; or from the balcony view the water fountain or watch the sheep in the pastureland below.

Amenities include a heat lamp, blow dryer, TV with 40 channels, DVD/VCR, WIRELESS INTERNET, radio alarm clock, comfortable reading chair, a hallway refrigerator, iron, ironing board, and individual climate control. A full country breakfast served in our dining room, and included in the price of your room, welcomes you to a wonderful day in Holmes County. The Camelot and French Country rooms, adjacent to each other, have adjoining doors, and may be shared with parties taking both rooms. No elevator access and this room is not available to children under 10 years of age.

This main-floor room, conveniently located off the main reception area on the main floor, requires no stairs and is well suited for persons with limited mobility. Victorian Romance offers access to a balcony overlooking a scenic water fountain and wooded area. A favorite, this Holmes County themed standard room is located directly off the main reception area and is only steps from the grand reception and dining room. Holmes Country is well suited for persons with limited mobility. Cool and inviting, this main-floor standard room with a Victorian antique wash stand and a bed cover collection in soft blues and white accents offers calm and serenity to all who enter.

This room reveals more original barn beams than other rooms and features a queen-size, four-poster bed, private bath, tub/shower unit, blow dryer, pedestal sink, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with over 40 channels, DVD/VCR, radio alarm clock, small refrigerator, and balcony with water fountain view. A newly-added recliner offers additional comfort to this room. Enjoy a farm-kitchen breakfast of fresh, locally-made sausage, scrambled eggs, homemade breads, fresh fruit, or perhaps waffles, pancakes, or one of the many other Barn Inn specialty dishes. This room is not available to children under 10 years of age.

The newly remodeled and updated Gehrig House, original to the Barn Inn property is named for the owner and cheese maker who occupied the home until the mid 1930’s. Able to accommodate up to five persons, each of the two spacious upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed, and the staircase landing room features one twin bed. Recently added to the original farmhouse is a half bath upstairs. Complete with a laundry room, the house is perfect for a multi-night stay for a family or a group of friends.

Guests can make themselves at home, as the Gehrig House kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, and dishes. Air Conditioned, satellite TV, DVD, Wifi. A deck supplied with a gas grill offers additional cooking options. No maid service is provided with a stay. The price of a stay includes a hot country breakfast brought to the house, or if there is available dining space, guests may enjoy breakfast in the barn's dining room.

Single night reservations are available Monday-Thursday except September 13-November 1. Check us for a discounted rate for a multi-night stay of three or more nights. The price per night is based on 2 adults. Each additional person 13 years of age and older is an additional $20. Children aged 3-12 are $15 each. Ideal for children, the house is supplied with a childrens kitchen play area.

• We are delighted that you have chosen Millersburg lodging at The Barn Inn, our bed and breakfast near Berlin, Ohio.
• At our Ohio Amish Country inn, every guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change, and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date for a refund minus a $20 processing fee. Because of our size, last-minute cancellations affect us significantly, and we also have non-recoverable expenses. Furthermore, unlike hotels, The Barn Inn does not overbook its rooms. This is why we ask everyone to be certain that their plans are firm.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days' notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Cancellation accepted ONLY over the phone, no messages, or emails.

Our Policies.

• Please do not use the Information Request Form to notify us of a cancellation, reservation request, or change of the date for your stay. Instead, please call us at 1-330-674-7600.
• Gift certificates cannot be used to secure a reservation, will be honored for three years from issuance date and are not redeemable for cash.  If using a certificate from a B&B directory, please call to verify acceptance.
• Only registered Barn Inn guests will be served breakfast. Breakfast is served only to the number of guests registered to a room. Additional persons (including children) may not be placed in a room without payment and registration.
• If you have dietary restrictions and have a special dietary request, please request it at the time of booking or call it in several days prior to your arrival.
• Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
• Check-in is from 3:00-7:00 pm. In the event your room is available we'll make every effort to check you in earlier. Please call us if you will be arriving after 7 pm. (Late arrivals please call.) Check-out time is by 11 am.
• Fireplaces may not be used in conjunction with the air conditioners. We do not turn on the gas to the fireplaces in the spring or fall when air conditioners are still in use. Please inquire if you have questions about seasonal use of fireplaces.
• Absolutely no pets.
• Children are defined as 12 years of age and younger. Thirteen and older are charged adult rate. Please call regarding the registration of children. Specific requirements for children are that they do not run or speak loudly in The Barn and are not loud or distracting at the breakfast table.
• We maintain a smoke-free environment and smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited both inside the Inn and outside on the balconies and porches. Smoking is permitted outside, at least a distance of 20' away from the Inn. If a guest chooses to violate this policy, they will be asked to leave and will be charged the full amount of their stay as well as a $150.00 charge to their credit card to compensate for cleaning and lost revenue. Disposal of cigarettes in waste baskets is a violation of Ohio state fire code and may result in a fine from the Fire Marshall. The burning of candles is strictly prohibited.
• Two-night stays are required for weekends in October.
• The Inn at Honey Run, next door to us, very graciously welcomes The Barn Inn guests to dine at their restaurant. If you wish to dine there, please inquire when you make your lodging reservations with us. Reservations are required for dining.
• For stay-over room service, guests must sign out on the lobby clipboard by 11 a.m. The Barn Inn staff must be able to service stay-over rooms by noon or service will not be provided. In stay-over rooms, bed linens will be changed after the third night's stay.  
• Room guests staying over on a Sunday will receive fresh towels and any other needed amenities that are requested. No other room service is provided on Sunday.
• The Inn at Honey Run, next door to us, very graciously welcomes The Barn Inn guests to dine at their restaurant. If you wish to dine there, please inquire when you make your lodging reservations with us, as reservations are required.
• Groups - Weekend stays (Fri-Sat) require a two-night booking for groups of ten or more persons.
• The Barn Inn reserves the right to interchange standard room bookings to accommodate reservations.
• In reserving a room, the purchaser agrees to the following terms: That he/she is responsible for all charges of indebtedness for room reservations and/or services ordered or rendered.  If payment is made by check, and if that check is returned invalid or un-payable, the purchaser authorizes and grants The Barn Inn permission to charge his/her credit card for the amount of indebtedness.
