Jake "N" Ivy's guest rooms all have their own private entrance.
Each room has a private bath, queen-size bed, air conditioning and a table and chairs
for writing and planning your next day's events.

• Rates per night: $69
• Prices are subject to change.
• $10 per additional person.
• Your room rate includes a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, juices, milk, cereal, coffee, etc. which you may enjoy at the time you prefer.
• You may pay with personal checks, travelers' checks, or cash.
• Our check-in time is 2:00 pm and our check-out time is by 11:00am
• If your plans include a late arrival, please inform us, at (330) 893-3215
• A deposit of $20 is required to hold your reservation.
• The balance is due when you check in.
• We are open year 'round.
• For the comfort of all our guests we request no smoking or pets.
