used as a house, a saloon, a store and a church.

Located in The Brick House, 303 N. Water Street, an 1865 Italianate Victorian,
with two parlors, dining room and library for guests to use.

• We require a deposit (credit card, check or cash) to hold a room.
• We require a one-week notification if you need to cancel a confirmed reservation (without penalty).
• Because our rooms are limited and our waiting list is long, we take our reservation requests seriously. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we will charge you for the full amount of your (reserved) stay, unless we are able to fill the room (s). So, please keep this cancellation policy in mind when you are making your plans.
• Two-day stays may be required on busy weekends and holidays.
• We are flexible about check-in times, but we ask that you let us know if you are going to be arriving before noon.
