Welcome to the casual, country comfort of the Fraley House Bed and Breakfast. Recognized in Arrington's Inn Traveler as one of 2004's top bed and breakfasts. The Fraley House is located in the Village of Granville, Ohio.

Granville is a quaint little New England village nestled in the heart of Ohio. Granville is also home to Denison University. The university sits on the hill side over looking the village. There are several public golf courses within 10 miles of Granville and a variety of antiquing opportunities. We are also near the Longaberger Basket Company, The Homestead Village and Longaberger's nationally known golf course. For those who love outdoor activities the Fraley House is located near an entrance of the Thomas J. Evans Bike Trail one of Ohio's many Rail Trails. It is a twenty plus mile hiking/biking trail going from Newark to Johnstown.One often sees a variety of wildlife along the trail.
The Fraley House is a replica of an 1800's New England colonial home Part of its charm is stepping back in time and enjoying many of the antiques yet having the amenities of modern day living. Each guest room has a private bath. In the morning one can sit by the large brick fireplace in the kitchen or enjoy watching the sun rise while sitting on the porch with that first cup of coffee.
A homemade hardy country breakfast is served in the dining room. For those who just want to relax the swimming pool and hot tub/spa provide an inviting atmosphere. Don't be surprised if in the late afternoon you see a family of deer grazing in the backyard.

The Fraley House is just minutes away from downtown Granville and conveniently located near all the area attractions and activities.
Granville, Ohio is located approximately 30 miles east of Columbus, Ohio, less than 10 miles north of Interstate 70 (Exit 126 - Granville-Lancaster) on Route 37N.
To get to the downtown Granville area, take 37N over the Rt. 16 overpass until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway for most shops,restaurants, and offices.
Port Columbus International Airport is about 22 miles from Granville and is served by most major airlines. Driving time to and from the airport is about 30 minutes via I-270 and 161.
