Edward Howard
The Edward Howard, a Colonial style room, is the largest room, furnished with a king size bed, a four season fireplace, private bath, as well as a sitting area.

The Garden Room
This room has several windows overlooking the gardens, canal, and the Maumee River. It has a private entrance and is furnished with a queen sized bed.

Policies & Procedures
- Check in anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We do not have a front desk and our day is planned around check-ins. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so we can be sure to be here to meet you.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Reservations are usually made in advance and need to be held with a credit card. A 14 day cancellation notice is required or a $50 per night fee will apply. For a full house (rental of entire inn) cancellation, a 30 day notice is required or a $200 per night fee will apply.
- Our method of payment is by cash, check, or credit card. Discover, Mastercard and Visa only.
- Smoking Policy: In consideration of the other guests, there is no smoking in the building or on the Mill house grounds.
- Additional Information…No pets allowed. Due to the proximity of the canal and the Maumee River, we do not encourage children under 12.
