Built in 1886, this spacious and cozy home was considered one of the most prestigious homes of that time. Today it is listed on the National Register of Historical Places and is still considered an architectural masterpiece in design.

With each overnight stay, Teresa Marie and Don will make sure that your stay is a treasured moment to remember. When you arrive, there will always be warm cookies made fresh that day by Teresa marie and they will be placed on your bed waiting for you to enjoy. Fresh flowers from the beautiful English garden will be accenting your room when in season and homemade oatmeal soap and soap petals will be that added touch to make your stay even more special! And before you close your eyes - Teresa marie will spoil you with something sweet, like a piece of pie, cake or one of her specialty scones!

Then as you wake in the morning you will have a thermos of hot coffee or tea awaiting you outside of your bedroom door. Breakfast will be served at the time of your leisure and at the location you desire. Even out in the English garden next to the wonderful sounds of the 3 tiered water fountain, or on the front porch where you can sit and watch the rushing waters of the historical Maumee River and the Miami - Erie Canals.

Teresa Marie has spent 20 years of hospitality in the catering/Bed and Breakfast field. She has worked hard and with much love, to make a name for herself in the art of hospitality, cleanliness & the ability to touch the beginning of your day with a breakfast &/or brunch to remember. For that added touch, Don and Teresa Marie will deliver a thermos of coffee or tea to your door each morning for that private "starter" before breakfast! Her specialties are blueberry bread pudding, her own specialty scone and a green chili egg casserole.
