    Cottages Located adjacent to the bed and breakfast each cottage rental features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, small living room with cable television, and a bathroom with a shower. The three cottages are connected and share a screened-in porch.
    The Beach House The Beach House has a spacious bedroom with queen-size bed, living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, directly overlooking the lake, and a two person shower. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The dining area has a table for four and offers a spectacular view of Lake Erie. The living room includes a day bed (allowing for two additional overnight guests), fireplace and cable television. The outdoor deck is accessible through the bedroom and living room by glass doors. The Beach House has central air and heat allowing year round rentals. The Beach House offers unlimited seclusion and privacy, ideal for romantic getaways.

  • Guest Information and Policies

    The Lakehouse Inn and Winery is the perfect choice for an Ohio weekend getaway, romantic vacation, or other special occasion. We offer a variety of lodging accommodations including our eight B&B guestrooms, cottages, and a beach house. Since we are located on the southern shore of Lake Erie, you can stay with us and get in plenty of fishing.

    • Policies:
      All prices are for 2 people.
      The rates do not include a 6.5% Sales Tax and 8% Bed Tax.
      Some units can accommodate more than two guests; an additional charge of $15 per person per night will apply.

       

    • Deposits & Cancellation Policies:
      Deposits: A deposit of one night's rate per room is required at the time of the reservation, for a one to three night stay; for four or more nights and special packages or events, 50% of the total is required at time of the reservation. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full and are non-refundable. All deposits must be made by credit card at time of reservation.

      Cancellations: If notification of a cancellation is received at least (14) days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for large groups and special events), the deposit is refundable less a $20 processing fee. If notification of a cancellation is received (14) days or less prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for large groups and special events), the full amount of the reservation will be charged unless the reservation can be rebooked in full. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. Should you fail to cancel your reservation and not arrive at the Inn, you are responsible for the entire reserved stay. All cancellations must be made by phone. We are not responsible for messages left on voicemail or through email.

       

    • Reservations made for three or more rooms or greater than three months in advance:
      An advance deposit of one night or 1/3 of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is required. The deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date AND the reservation is re-rented in full.

       

    • Special Events at the Inn:
      Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date for an event hosted by The Lakehouse Inn will be charged for the entire package unless the reservation is re-rented in full.

    • Check-In & Check-Out:
      Check-in time is 3PM-6PM (Sun-Thur) & 3PM-8PM (Fri & Sat)
