Garnet House Bed & Breakfast is located in the Huffman Historic District which was originally developed by William P. Huffman, owner of the famous Huffy Bicycle Company. Those of various occupations and income levels were attracted by the well-built homes and convenience to downtown, while still being considered a "suburban" neighborhood in the 1880s and 1890s.

Garnet House Bed and Breakfast is located at 54 Linden Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45403-1944, USA near downtown Dayton. From Interstate 70, take Highway 75 South to State Highway 35 (proceed to the east). Take the Linden Avenue exit. You will exit on to Hamilton Avenue - turn right. At the next light, Linden Avenue, turn left. Garnet House is approximately six blocks on the right side of the street. Private parking is available in the driveway to the right of the house.
