Our Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast home is located in the Huffman Historic District, approximately twelve blocks from downtown Dayton, Ohio. Close to the Dayton Dragons Baseball Stadium and also near the University of Dayton, Sinclair College and the Schuster Center for the performing arts. In addition, there is easy access to the United States Air Force Museum, Carillon Park, the Dayton Art Institute and Wright State University. Dayton is a town rich in history as well as the arts. Many fine restaurants are located in the vicinity. Reservation Information
- Rates are $70.75 per night
- Methods of payment accepted are U.S. Currency, Personal checks, Company Checks, Traveler's Cheques and
- Credit Card payments processed through PayPal Payments.
- For all methods of payment with the exception of credit cards, a $15.00 non-refundable deposit per room per night should be mailed within 48 hours after making your reservation

- We have no accommodations for pets
- Smoking is not permitted inside the home but is permitted on the balcony outside the Timothy Room and also on the front porch.
- Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted on the premises, please.
