Four Seasons Farm Bed, Breakfast and Barn

Large, tastefully appointed guest rooms are available on both the first and second floors both with views of the woods and pastures. Plush robes are provided in each room for those relaxing moments. Evening refreshments and nighttime turndown are provided.

Four Seasons Suite

Enjoy the spacious comfort of the Four Seasons Suite, a first floor garden room with a full private bath ensuite. The room is adorned with a queen -sized antique iron bed dressed for the season, numerous antique pieces and a sitting area overlooking the woods. Deer and other wildlife abound.

The Cottage Suite

The second floor Cottage Suite, with oak flooring, is furnished with 1800’s period furnishings including a full-sized painted cottage bedroom suite, locally woven wool throw rugs, and stained glass lighting. The room overlooks the gardens, woods and barns; watch the sun rise over the woods while relaxing in the sitting area and watch the horses graze in pasture. Serenity at it’s best.

RATES & POLICIES:

• $99 to $135 per night. Full course farm breakfast included. State of Ohio sales tax added to rates. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Extra person charge $25 per night.
• Private, small party brunches & dinners can be arranged. Menu & rates available.
• Outdoor accommodations available for pets.
• Smoking restricted to assigned outdoor areas.
• Room deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of visit, which ever is greater, must be received 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Special rates available for long-term stays.
• 14 day notice of cancellation required for refund. If room(s) cannot be re-booked, deposit is applied to a second booking within one year. A $75.00 re-booking fee applies. Non-refundable deposit during weekends, holidays & special events only.
