Our New England style cottages were built just for you. Enjoy the convenience of being in the center of Holmes County's most popular town, Berlin. In the midst of horse-drawn Amish buggies and local gift shops, we offer a very quiet and private setting. Graystone Cottages is a warm environment for experiencing the quaintness of Amish country.Graystone Cottages features four private accommodations, each with its own entrance. Each accommodation features a two person Jacuzzi, TV with local cable access, kitchenette with refrigerators, microwave, coffee pot and table setting, air conditioning. Snuggle up in the living room to our cozy fireplace.

What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? Home away from home, private individual cottages, porches with rocking chairs, quite yet walking distance to the shops in town.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit? To see the beautiful Farm Lands and Countryside, to learn about the Amish way of life.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn? They say we are better than any motel or any other place they have stayed at in our area.
What’s the best kept secret about the area? Food
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area? Tour Amish Farm, Dinner in an Amish Home, Behalt, Cheese Factories, Wineries, Amish Made Furniture, Amish Style Restaurants, Bulk Foods, and Flea Markets
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? We are located in Berlin a half block from the Square and Main St. and walking distance to all the shops and food along Main Street.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area? In Berlin, Boyd and Wurthmanns, Java Jo Coffee Bar, and 10 min away in Walnut Creek at Der Dutchmans

Farmers Auctions
While in Amish country, visit on going weekly auctions. You'll find animals and farm crops,produce,flea markets,and baked goods.This is a great place for the Amish to visit with friends and nieghbors.Mon. & Fri. Sugarcreek 330-852-2832 Tues. Amish Flea Market
Opens April 2009, in a new location. The Fea Market in Holmes County features 253 booths, a farmers market including fresh homemade pies and other baked goodies made daily. Specail events held weekly including entertainment, music, petting zoo, theme days, open pit BBQ and much more! Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9-5

Music on the Square
When staying at Graystone Cottages on a Friday evening, it is just a short walk to the town square to enjoy an evening of musical entertainment. Every Friday evening (7 - 9) from June through September.

From the East: Take I-77 to exit 183 (State Route 39). Take State Route 39 into Berlin.
From the North: From State Route 30 and routes North, take State Route 62 West into Berlin.
From the West: From Millersburg and other points West, take State Route 39 East into Berlin.
From the South: Take I-77 to exit 183 (State Route 39). Take State Route 39 into Berlin. From Columbus and other points south, take State Route 62 into Berlin and follow 62/39 into Berlin.
Once in Berlin: Turn north onto Market street at the Old Mill square in Berlin (the main stop light at the top of the hill). We're on the right, next to Walnut Creek Cheese Shop, one block off Main.
