Graystone Cottages features four private guest cottages each with its own entrance. Each cottage features a two person Jacuzzi, tv with local cable access, kitchenette with refrigerators, microwave, coffee pot and table setting, air conditioning. Snuggle up in the living room to our cozy fireplace.Check Availability/Make A Reservation
We employ a special entry lock system that allows you to enter and exit the cottage without a key. Simply punch in your Entry Code to enter the cottage. Your Entry Code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. When you are making your reservation online, your Entry Code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you enter in the *required space.A Credit Card number is required to hold your reservation, but there is no charge until your stay. If you chose to pay cash for your reservation, please inform me before your stay and I will meet you for your payment. Otherwise your credit card is charged the day of your arrival and the receipt left on the counter. Occasionally your receipt will be sent through e-mail instead.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7(seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, or shorten your stay, if we can rebook your room(s), you will not be charged. If you need to cancel because of weather conditions we understand.
Internet Password: you will need a password to connect, it is posted in your cottage. Call me if you have any problem.
Please note that there is not an office at the cottages. If you need anything during your stay please call.
Breakfast items are in your cottage when you arrive for you to serve yourself in the morning. It is refilled each day if needed.
We will check your housekeeping needs each day when you are staying more than 1 night. Please fill out the form left in your cottage.
No pets, No smoking, however smoking is permitted on the outside.
A 50.00 cleaning fee will assessed for having a pet or anyone smoking in our cottages.Check-in: 3:00 PM or any time after 3:00

Cozy Spaces
Our Cozy Suite is the lower level of the largest Cottage, completely private and features accommodations for two guests. A large bedroom and living room area with queen size bed, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, AC, Jacuzzi tub for two, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small frig, dishes, a full bath with a walk in shower, wireless internet access, and continental breakfast in your suite, it's perfect for a romantic getaway. We have added an Electric Heater with flames for coziness.

Our two bedroom cottage features accommodations for up to four guests. The loft area has a bedroom w/queen bed, TV, and a half bath. The main floor offers a bedroom w/ queen bed, TV, full bath with walk in shower, living area with 32" flat screen cable TV with DVD player, electric fireplace, AC, jacuzzi tub for two, kitchenette includes microwave, small frig. coffee maker, toaster, dishes and silverware, wireless internet access, and a front porch with rocking chairs perfect for watching the horse and buggies drive past. A continental breakfast is included with your stay, you'll enjoy this deluxe suite offering plenty of extra space!
