We are a couple's mini-resort and most of our guests stay at our accommodations for a romantic get-a-way.
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? We are best known for romance and we specialize in get-a-ways for couples. All of our accommodations were designed with romance in mind and all feature an in-room 2 person Jacuzzi tub as well as a gas log fireplace. To make things extra special, couples can add one of our many add-on package: ranging from in-room massages and private carriage rides to chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit? Our city is most known for being the largest Amish settlement.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn? We were voted "Most Romantic Hide-Away" by Arrington Publishing.
What’s the best kept secret about the area? The best kept secret is Donna's Premier Lodging! A lot of people have been to the area but don't know that some of our accommodations sit only half a block off of the main street - easily within walking distance to lots of area attractions!
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area? There is A LOT to do in the area. Lots of home decor stores, antique malls, furniture shops. There are cheese factories, wineries and museums to tour through. In the summer months, people can go horseback riding, go for a buggy ride or attend one of the weekend festivals. Holmes County is also very well known for their delectable Amish style restaurants!
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? Several of our accommodations sit just a half block off of the main street where there are arts and crafts malls, home decor shops, gift stores, furniture stores and several restaurants.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area? My favorite and probably one of the most popular Amish style restaurants in the area is Der Dutchman. They serve wonderful made-from-scratch favorites from pan-fried chicken to creamy mashed potatoes and stuffing. They also have daily specials and an all you can eat buffet!

How many rooms does your inn have? All together we have 17 private accommodations.
