The Governor's Room is a warm and peaceful room, cloaked in a subtle blue with white highlights. The Flapper's Room is a bright, airy room, bathed in a subtle green with a most unique ceiling. There's a clawfoot tub close to the electric fireplace, a full bath with shower, an inviting bed with soft linens, a TV, wireless Internet, and CD player. The Flapper's is located on the second floor with a shared porch. It's a very popular room at Buffalo Tavern! $99-$139 / night* (plus tax)

The Madam's Room is classy and relaxing. It's bathed in a bold reddish hue and has window exposure to the south, Bluff Mountain, and the east for Buck Mountain. A full bath, clawfoot tub, TV, electric fireplace, and wireless Internet complete the Madam's room. This room is popular for anniversary couples and shares the second floor porch with the Flapper's. $99-$139 / night* (plus tax)

The President's Suite is a wonderfully inviting suite with a large bedroom which includes a queen size canopy bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, electric fireplace for warmth and romance, a two-person clawfoot tub and sitting area. The second room has a wet bar with sink, fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, sitting area, and closet. Some snacks are provided. The large bathroom boasts two sinks and large mirror, two person tub/shower, and its own heating source! The Suite is decorated to reflect the Buffalo Tavern era. $129-$159 / night* (plus tax)

Doc is now offering his guests the use of soft, luxurious Turkish bathrobes while staying at Buffalo Tavern! They are generously fitted and 5-star hotel quality. There will be two robes in each quest room, ready for relaxing!

Rates & Policies...

• *Rates may change seasonally during certain times of the year and are higher on weekends and during special events. Please ask the Innkeeper for the rate during the time of your stay.
• All rooms include complimentary full breakfast served in our Americana Dining Room at 9 am.
• The maximum occupancy in any room is two guests. An older child can be accommodated on a mattress.
• Please inform us at time of reservation of any dietary or allergy considerations.
• Telephone reservations taken from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Online reservations taken at any time.
• Room is Guaranteed by Visa or MasterCard or by personal check received within 5 days of reserving and if more than three weeks before the guest arrives.
• Applicable city and state taxes are not included in published rates.
• Balances being paid by personal check must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival. The full balance due for the room is charged to the provided charge card approximately 3 days prior to the guests' arrival. The guest will then sign the charge slip and provide the card for the imprint to the innkeeper upon arrival at the inn.
• Guests will be charged for their reserved stay, regardless of their actual stay.
• Well-behaved and well-supervised children above the age of 11 are welcome.
• For the comfort of our guests and the preservation of our antiques, smoking is limited to outdoor areas only.
• Your PETS will be happier at home, since we do not have comparable accommodations for both you and them.
• Without exception, a 14 day notice is required to cancel a reservation. The cancellation must be received by phone or email within these time frames.
• THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAYS RESERVED. Shortened stays also require a 14-day notice. "No shows" will be charged the entire cost of the room plus tax.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
