Guest rooms and private cabins at our Smoky Mountain resort are all individually decorated with handmade quilts, woven rugs, early American rustic antiques, and original artwork. Most rooms feature private balconies, woodburning fireplaces, and steam showers. Our Smoky Mountain lodging rates include all meals.
Cabins & Suites
Two Story
This secluded Smoky Mountain resort log cabin has a living room with a wet bar and a 22-foot stone fireplace. It also has two bedrooms, steam showers, balconies with spectacular views, and even its own billiard room! At night you can gaze at the stars as you lounge in the upstairs balcony's private soaking tub. $785 for 2, Each Additional Person $200
Terrace Suite $750

Policies
Daily rates include evening hors d’oeuvres and all three meals for two people.
Each additional person $150 to base rate (except Two Story).
Children 7 years and younger $75 per night.
For holiday weekends, The Swag requires a three night minimum stay.
15% service charge, 8% state tax and 4% room tax are additional.
Advance Deposit: At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be due. A two-night minimum stay is requested. However, we are now taking one night reservations when possible. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit, less $50 per room booked, will only be refunded if we receive your cancellation request at least three weeks prior to your arrival, because of our remote location we have no drop-in guests.
Pets: While we love animals, The Swag does have a NO PET policy.
