A one-on-one painting session with Jo Ridge Kelley of Ridge Runner Naturals in Downtown Waynesville. Nature's colors will inspire as you paint in your choice of watercolor or oils. Using a limited palette, mixing fresh clean color, learn to compose your paintings simply and effectively, creating a strong focal point. Understand light and shade and learn to paint with confidence, watching step by step demonstration. Capture the essence of loose florals or mountain mist, and take home a beautiful painting ready to be framed! Supplies if required are an additional $25.

Each session can be tailored to fit your individual needs, using various massage modalities, enchanting music and the option of adding aromatherapy oils to provide a healing, nurturing, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

All of our massage therapists utilize natural lotions and creams with no harsh pereservatives or nut oils. You will have the option of adding a choice of fragrances including, of course, the relaxing scent of lavender which already permeates the house.

Massage Treatments

SWEDISH - A classical European massage technique of manipulating muscles. Meant for relaxation and to improve circulation, releive tension and improve flexability.

DEEP TISSUE - A deep penetrating form of massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic tension in the body.

MOMMY TO BE - This massage technique is generally done on the side after the first trimester, with lots of pillows under the head, neck and upper back. This session will help reduce neck issues, lower back pain and other conditions common during pregnancy.

He grew up fishing both commercially and recreationally while competing in numerous small and big game tournaments. As a result of his lifelong experience, Frank has developed a keen understanding of the common characteristics that llink geography with nature.

Enjoy the best hunting and fishing in Western North Carolina! Fish beautiful high mountain lakes with state of the art equipment and Frank's local knowledge for a trip of a lifetime. You will be picked up at Oak Hill and transported to one of WNC's spectacular lakes where everything is provided (tackle, rods, license, etc.) for both experienced anglers looking for local knowledge and/or beginners wanting tips on tackle, lure presentation and location of seasonal migration routes.
