Policies
- Prices are subject to increase during holiday and peak seasons.
- Prices are based on single or double occupancy and includes a full country breakfast.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes and are per night, and are subject to change.
- We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and checks.
- Rooms are double occupancy, each additional person will be charged $25.00
- Children over 10 are welcome in our suites(The Sheriff’s or National Bank)
- No pets are allowed at the Bed & Breakfast
- Check in times are from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Please make arrangements if these times do not meet your travel schedule.
- All rooms are subject to a 7.75% sales tax and 6% occupancy tax.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: A credit card (visa or mastercard) is required at the time you place your reservation to hold your room. If you are paying by check, we will gladly hold your reservation. Guests are financially responsible for any reservations made. Notification of cancellation 10 days or more from arrival requires us to charge $35 per room, per night. A cancellation within 10 days or less of arrival will be require us to charge the FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVED STAY. Cancellation charges do not act as gift certificates or credits toward future nights stays.
