Once you have entered into this period room through its leaded French doors you will feel the warmth. The walls are soft peach and the deep dark mahogany hard wood floors with a beautiful Oriental area rug set off the exquisite hand carved mahogany canopy bed.

On the wall along side of this gracious canopy bed is a year-round fireplace feature. It is all hand-carved mahogany with a beautiful stained glass firescreen which covers the glowing, crackeling logs that can be enjoyed all year long. On top of the mantle is an ornately carved mirror reflecting the beautiful canopy bed.

All the furnishings are hand carved mahogany from the end tables and writing desk to the incredible armoire that houses a TV, VCR, DVD, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a table and chairs placed at the foot of the bed.

This elegant room is adorned with Victorian accessories right down to the beautiful tiffany & glass beaded lamps. It is complete with its own private bathroom and whirlpool for two. You will also find that the bathroom does include a shower. There is a telephone at the bedside.

Our only room with a private entrance opens to the 83 ft deck. The view is all glass looking out over the lake and mountain. Room furnishings are all hand carved mahogany. Its main feature is an outstanding queen sized mahogany mermaid bed. The bed faces the year-round fireplace feature surrounded by a beautiful leaded glass fire screen. There are mahogany stained hardwood floors, wide crown moldings and woodwork. The ceilings are 9 ft.

A set of lace backed French doors beckon you to the large spa room where you will find your whirlpool tub for two that sits under a large bay window. You will also find his & hers separate sinks. This room also has a private separate shower.

Full Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, phone, wireless internet, hair dryer.

A song by the name of "Sunshine" and the soft sunny golden yellow that appears on the walls of this suite sets the scene for the mood it creates.

There is a oversized camelback comfortable sofa facing the awesome view of the lake and Pilot Mountain. There is a dining table and chairs that sits under the wall of 12 feet of windows. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunshine dancing on the water as you take in the awesome presence of Pilot Mountain. You will almost feel as if you are in a tree house looking back at this spectacular view.

The bedroom on this suite is an unbelievable twenty-six feet long! Yes, you did read correctly. There are places where the entire suite bathroom, living room and bedroom are this size, but but you will find this space in the bedroom of the Sunshine Suite. All the furniture is hand-carved mahogany, from the queen-size bed to the armoire to the ornately ladies dressing table. Opposite the bed is a romantic year-round fireplace feature.

You will also find a beautiful velvet mahogany sofa along with several chairs in the bedroom for reading or relaxing. Beautiful oil paintings adorn this room and you will find romantic tiffany & crystal lighting to add to the romantic touches.

The bathroom in this suite is very large 15x18. Each of you will have your own separate pedestal sink. The marble surrounded whirlpool tub for two is centered under six feet of windows. what a way to start your day to not only be bathed in the whirlpool tub, but to be bathed in the "Sunshine" that streams into this spacious and glamourous bathroom. There is also a separate marble shower.

Steps away is your own private living room with a gas-burning fireplace, just perfect for those cold winter nights. Nine ft. ceilings.

There is a dining table and chairs that sit next to the wall of windows overlooking the breathtaking view of Pilot Mountain and our private lake. This view can be seen from anywhere in this room.

Your own personal spa awaits you within your suite where you will enjoy the incomparable luxury of a whirlpool for two. This suite has a shower as well. The hand carved mahogany armoire houses the TV, VCR, DVD, CD, microwave, coffee maker & refrigerator. Free Wireless Internet is a feature available from this suite as well as the common areas in the bed and breakfast. A bedside telephone is there for your convenience.

This is a suite that literally has taken the breath away from 1000's of people who has been fortunate enough to make memories there. Upon entering thru the doorway, you are overcome by the incredible presence of the mountain. It seems to be part of the suite: a mural perhaps. It feels so close that you think that you could almost touch it. You are actually standing in the living room to this suite that has almost 26 ft. of windows which span the length of this room & including a large open gas log fireplace.

The bedroom features a traditional style charleston cherry bedroom queen size canopy bed. There are several stained glass tiffany style lamps and a year-round fireplace feature. The Romantica Suite also boasts the LARGEST BATHROOM at the Inn ~ measuring 18 x 18. There is a marble surround whirlpool tub for two centered under 6 ft of windows & a separate marble shower as well. Also his & her pedestal sinks.

  • SMOKING POLICIES:
    Since smoking is not permitted inside of the B&B, and our guests expect to check into a room that is free and clear of the smell of smoke. If a guest smokes in their room they will be asked to leave forfeit full payment and be charged a $200 clean up fee
  • BOOKING POLICIES:
    We require a seven- day per night notice to cancel. If you cancel with less than a seven - day per night notice, you will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel with the appropriate number of days, your deposit will be refunded to you minus a thirty-five dollar handling fee.
