  • Introduction

Just outside of Pilot Mountain, a new B&B is opening its doors, but there’s much more here than you might expect. A Mighty Oak Bed and Breakfast provides a window into the daily activities of a working farm where some of the food you eat is grown or raised just outside your bedroom window. Whether it’s farm fresh eggs, pasture raised meats, or fruits, and vegetables, your time here will open your eyes to a unique lifestyle.

Owner Todd Morse describes the B&B quite well, “the stately two story farm house features rockers and wicker chairs on the balcony and on the covered front porch.  Thoughts of Southern hospitality, sweet tea, and fresh squeezed lemonade stir as you approach. Each private suite features a queen or king bed , a spacious sitting room, and its own bathroom.  As you step into each suite, peaceful luxury greets you warmly.”
