We have made every effort to accurately describe our guest rooms in the hopes that
we never have a guest who is disappointed with their room, and our Inn.The Harmony House Inn offers 10 spacious guest rooms. Natural light abounds in the elegant, yet comfortable guest rooms each of which has been personally decorated by your hosts, Ed and Sooki Kirkpatrick. Each room features one of Sooki's handmade cross-stitch patterns which she has chosen especially for that room. All bathrooms are located in the room or suite. All have mirrors, supplemental heat, exhaust, lighting and night lights. Facial soap, deodorant soap, and shampoo are provided. If you forget to bring something, we try to keep some extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors.

William and Emily Suite
An antique lover's dream. This is a very popular, large corner room which has soft blue carpet and four large windows with blinds and swags which are in a blue colored flower pattern. The dimensions of the room are 20 x 18 feet plus the spacious bathroom. There are two comfortable sitting chairs. An antique dresser in the corner is suitable for storing your clothing and other travel items. There is also a large armoire which was constructed by a local craftsman. This room also boasts a large quilted bear that our guests love to cuddle with. The decorative fireplace is adorned with a painted wooden angel. The bathroom is especially large.

Eliza Ellis Suite
The first couple of years we were here, we had countless calls from potential guests asking if we offered any suites with Jacuzzis. Although the Benjamin Ellis Suite was a very popular, spacious, and romantic suite, in 1998, we decided to add a jacuzzi to this upstairs room and convert the bed from two Twins to one King Sized Bed. When the room contained two twin beds, we were absolutely in love with the ornateness of the bed frames. Because we liked the frames so much, we decided not to change them. We had a king sized mattress specially made to fit the beautiful bed frames in the room. The mattress is one piece and is the width of a standard king sized bed. The dimensions of this suite are 17 1/2 x 16 feet. The room is painted in an off peach color and the carpeting is dark blue. The room is in the back corner of the inn and, with windows on two sides, this suite is comfortable and light. In the perfect sized closet are two plush bath robes for our guest's use. The bathroom is quite large and has the large two person Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi tub also contains a shower head for guests who prefer to bathe under running water. This is also one of the most popular suites in the inn and books up early.

The Benjamin Ellis Suite
Originally the innkeeper's quarters, this area of the inn was unused when we purchased the inn. We immediately made plans to convert this area into a suite. Using some creative carpentry, we added a new entrance to the room (the door into the room originally went through the kitchen). This is a two room corner suite which offers a living room with a Queen Sized pull-out sofa bed and a separate bedroom with Queen Sized Canopy Bed. The dimensions of the bedroom are 15 1/2 x 16 1/2; the living room measures 15 1/2 x 13 feet. This suite is located in the back corner of the house and has three large windows. The carpeting is a soft peach color. The walls are painted in a light peach with pink grapefruit colored trim. The bedroom has a locally crafted armoire for hanging clothes. In the armoire, we provide two plush robes for our guests' use. The living room has the sofa bed and two other sitting chairs. The bathroom is large and has extra drawer and medicine cabinet space to store toiletries. The layout of this room makes it a good choice for families with children since there are separate rooms to sleep. Corporate guests also like this room because they can stay in the bedroom and have the privacy of the living room for small meetings.

Room 1

Room 2
Four poster Queen Sized Bed-this comfortable mid-sized room which is 15 x 15 1/2 feet has dark green carpeting and green twill colored walls. There is also a wallpaper border just above the custom wainscoting. There are two windows with blinds. The room's two sitting chairs are in front of the decorative fireplace. The bathroom is large. For our guest's convenience, there is an open closet bar to store hanging clothes.

Room 3
Twin Bedded Room - This cozy corner room is located at the back of the inn near the guest entrance. The two twin beds, rather than sitting side-by-side, sit foot-to-foot allowing guests to converse without craning their necks. The dimensions of the room are 15 x 15 1/2 feet (includes bathroom). There are two comfortable chairs and an antique dresser. There is a decorative fireplace which is decorated with one of Sooki's homemade arrangements. Many of our guests enjoy this room for its easy access to the entrance and its location on the first floor. The large bathroom is flooded by natural light from the window.

Room 4
This room is not only an appealing, fanciful, and peaceful corner room with a Queen Sized Canopy Bed. It is also one of our most popular guest rooms. The dimensions of this room are 20 x 18 feet plus the spacious bathroom. There are windows on two sides allowing for a nice airy feel. It is painted in a soft spice color with burgundy carpeting. The bathroom is also quite large. There is also a large armoire which was constructed by a local craftsman.

Room 5
Changes in the guest rooms are ongoing. This year, to meet the demand for more King Bedded rooms, we converted this mid-sized room to a room with a King-Sized bed. The dimensions of this room are 15 x 15 1/2. Walls are a medium shade of pink, and the carpet is rust colored. The decorative fireplace and the room trim are painted in a soft beige. Be sure to ask us about this room's significance to the birth of our daughter, Jamie. Natural light from two windows is filtered by the white blinds. The wallpaper border is an attractive flower pattern.

Room 6
This room, which features a Four Poster Queen Sized Bed, is the smallest room in the inn because the bathroom was actually built into the room. Still, it has a cozy feel to it and many guests like this room for its location at the back of the inn. The dimensions of the room are 12 x 14 1/2. There are two windows with blinds and a good sized closet. The walls are painted in a light blue shade and the room has dark blue carpeting.

Room 8
This mid-sized, popular room has a King Sized Bed which can be divided to make two twin beds if desired. The dimensions of the room are 14 x 16 feet. The light blue walls and dark blue carpet give the room a soft feel. There is also a decorative wallpaper border where the walls meet the ceiling. The bathroom is large. This room has one large window and there is ample lighting for maximum comfort.
