All rooms have remote-controlled heat & A/C, phone, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, room safe, antiques, comfortable seating area. Tiled baths have heated towel bar, hair dryer, 50 gallon water heater, tub/shower (unless listed differently on the room detail page). High-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout the building. Many of our rooms connect, which can be helpful for guests with large groups. - Our room rates are all based on two persons and exclude taxes and gratuities.
- Our week-day room rates range from $89 off-season to $289 in-season for third-floor deluxe rooms.
- Rates are higher on weekends and holidays.
- Rooms with a sleeper sofa, trundle bed or day bed can accommodate a third person at an additional charge.
- Two-night minimum stay is in effect from May 20 to October 18.
- There is a 3-night minimum for these holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
- Upon booking a reservation a deposit of the first night's rent and taxes is due.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
- Cancellations / Deposit Refunds: Refunds are made for reservations cancelled seven days or more prior to your arrival date. (Late arrivals and/or early departures are considered cancellations).
- Check in after 3:00 P.M. Please telephone on the day of your scheduled arrival if you will be arriving after 10:00 P.M. so that we may give you some instructions. Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
