Martha, a retired fashion executive and Gary, a world-class furniture designer/maker have created a unique and comfortable atmosphere featuring 3 prestigious suites. You will discover the luxury of double whirlpool tubs, oversized showers, fireplaces, in-room refrigerators, Direct TV and WiFi. "We find many people who come never venture much farther than "the cove". Therefore, we have tried to think of everything to create an experience you will savor forever." You will be delighted by Martha's hand in the kitchen as you experience her comfort cuisine (emphasis on organic when available and always vegetarian available.) And if location is considered everything then you be the judge. Where else could you be in close proximity to Asheville with its unique shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries, the treasures of Madison County, easy access to the Appalachian Trail, rafting and horseback riding and of course The Biltmore Estate.

Ponder Cove is a beautiful spot for a country elopement. For those yearning for a natural setting and all that Mother Nature has to offer this could be the place. Don't miss the opportunity to be a RUNAWAY BRIDE and Do it YOUR WAY! Let us take care of the details and you concentrate on the ROMANCE. You will receive a wedding cake crafted by our local pastry chef, a bouquet of roses, an exclusive bottle of champagne and photographs. Your service will be officiated by a local minister and Gary and I will stand in as witnesses. Beautiful and memorable beyond compare. Package includes two nights at Ponder Cove. $895 plus tax. Minister charge of $75 is not included.
