Brooksong, the perfect couples' retreat, was built in 2003 with our guests' comfort in mind. All five elegantly appointed bedrooms have fireplaces, refrigerators, whirlpool tubs (four of which are two-person), separate showers, individually-controlled air conditioning/heating, wi-fi capability, and cable television.

Your innkeepers, Betty and Cletis Wagahoff, take pride in providing a beautiful retreat from today's hectic pace.  Guests enjoy an elegant and abundant breakfast by candlelight in the dining room.  Only the best foods are prepared with care and served in casual elegance.

During the summer and fall season you can enjoy dancing to country bands, watch cloggers, go to a dinner theater, and much, much, more. In the winter, of course, there is skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area, and now the exciting adventure of snow tubing at Tube World right in Maggie Valley.

Maggie Valley stands head and shoulders above all the places that boast a Smoky Mountain location. We are the only place actually surrounded by mountain ranges in all directions. Our higher elevations mean cooler temperatures, more spectacular views, and cleaner air.

The fireplace is flanked by burning tapers and the columns and railings are tastefully draped making your event "florist optional". You descend the elegantly open stairway to the strains of Canon in D, played on a 115 year old grand piano, to join your groom for the cermony of your dreams.

Brooksong doesn't offer outdoor weddings and regretfully, cannot provide overnight accommodations for children under 15, unless all guest rooms are rented for your event. If your gathering requires seating for more than 20, we will assist you with chair rental. For catered receptions, Brooksong can provide table seating for approximately 20. For a day filled with precious memories, not stress, let Brooksong host your weddings. We've put together a package that offers today's discerning couple an elegant and all-inclusive wedding, for up to 20, at a reasonable price in a beautiful setting

Room selection depends on availability. Guest check-in time is 2:00 p.m. If your ceremony is planned for Saturday, we recommend that you reserve a guest room stay for Friday and Saturday. Prices do not apply for select holidays and October weekends.

A Gracious Gathering for up to 45

Brooksong provides the beautiful backdrop you'll be proud to share with family and friends for your special day. With sensitive, personal attention, we'll help you create the wedding of your dreams!

The Gracious Gathering Package includes:

When your family/friends rent all four additional guest rooms for two nights at the regular rate, you will receive a $100 credit toward the cost of your wedding package. Hosting delicious breakfasts at Brooksong, with those you love, creates a relaxed and very special time together.

The above package prices may not apply on certain holidays and October weekends. With prior arrangement, the wedding party may use Brooksong for a rehearsal and/or pictures at no cost. FROM I-26:  In Asheville, take I-40 West.  Follow the directions for "FROM THE EAST ON I-40" below.
    
FROM THE EAST ON I-40:  Take Exit 27, follow HWY 19/23/74 to Exit 103 (Hwy 19) to Maggie Valley.  Turn right on Living Waters Lane just prior to the Ghost Town parking lot.  Brooksong is the large white building just across Jonathan Creek.  Park in the rear.
    
FROM THE WEST ON I-40:  Take North Carolina Exit 20, turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Hwy 276S.  At the first traffic signal (approx. 5 miles), turn right on Hwy 19 to Maggie Valley. Turn right on Living Waters Lane just prior to the Ghost Town parking lot.  Brooksong is the large white building just across Jonathan Creek.  Park in the rear.
    
FROM ATLANTA AND THE SOUTH:  From HWY 23/74, in Waynesville, take Exit 102B onto Hwy 276N.  At Hwy 19, turn left toward Maggie Valley.  Turn right on Living Waters Lane just prior to the Ghost Town parking lot.  Brooksong is the large white building just actoss Jonathan Creek.  Park in the rear.
