Miss Peggy's suite, named for Colonel Rumbough's granddaughter, has character with its 11 ft ceilings and old brick chimney which today is for a gas operated pot bellied stove. The living room is spacious and comfortable with‚ a sofa, barrel chair, and bellows coffee table. We price the suite for one couple and charge extra for the use of the second bedroom for larger parties. Both bedrooms have king size beds which can also be made into twins. There is a private bath with a one person Jacuzzi tub. The suite has a private entrance through a sitting porch and also french doors leading to a garden patio.

The Buckeye room has a king sized bed, private bathroom with a two person whirlpool bathtub with a window looking out to the mountains, gas fireplace, and a big private balcony. You can also see the boxwood maze from the balcony and giant yellow buckeye tree from the window. The Buckeye room balcony overlooks the valley and the mountains.

The Walnut room is our favorite. It has a king sized bed, fireplace, a private bathroom with a one person whirlpool bathtub, and a small lookout balcony. We love waking up in the morning and opening the French doors overlooking the incredible black walnut tree and Southern Magnolia for which the Inn is named. Your room includes:

The Magnolia room is a bright cheerful room and our only downstairs bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, private entrance to a garden patio with a view of the inn's namesake, the giant old Southern magnolia tree with its heaven scented blossoms. This room is handicap accessible.

• Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
  • All reservations are guaranteed at time of reservation by one night's deposit, or 50% on stays of two or more days. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your arrival date, a refund of deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee will be issued.
  • Early departures will be treated like a cancellation. If you cancel within 7 days or less of your arrival date, there will not be a refund and you are responsible for payment of the total rate. When making advance guaranteed reservations, please remember you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you.
• Check In: 3 pm (please let us know if you'll be arriving after 8pm)
• Check Out: by 11 am
• Payment: At check out you may pay for the balance of your accommodations with cash, credit card, check, or debit card.
• Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility and there will be a $250 dollar charge for smoking in the rooms.
• Pets: We only allow dogs in the Garden House, Bird's Nest, and Cliffside. Only one dog per unit. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture. We also ask that you do not leave pets unattended in your room unless they are in a crate. There is a $30 standard pet cleaning fee and owners are responsible for any pet damage. Hot Springs does have a leash law.
• Children: Children are permitted in the Garden House, Cliffside, Bird's Nest, and Hideaway. Rooms in the Inn are restricted to children age 12 and over.
• Outside Functions: In order to maintain availability for repeat guests on weekends, we reserve the right to limit accommodations for couples and groups attending weddings and group functions at facilities other than the Mountain Magnolia Inn. If you are attending such an event please mention this to our innkeeper.
• Outside Reservations: Guests are responsible for any cancellations pertaining to an outside reservation made by our staff at their request i.e. Hot Springs Spa, Massages at the Inn, Horseback riding, Rafting etc. You are responsible for payment if you cancel without due notice. If you are unsure about a specific cancellation policy please check with your Innkeeper.
  1. Massage at the Inn: 24-hour notice required or charged full amount
  2. Hot Springs Spa: 24-hour cancellation notice on soaks and massage or you will be charged the full amount.
  3. Sandy Bottom Trail Rides: 24-hour notice or you will be charged 1/2 price.
  4. Huck Finn Rafting: 1-week cancellation notice required

Suites at Fowler's are located 2 minutes by car from the Inn. Fowler's Bend is a fully restored 100 year old general store built on a bank overlooking Spring Creek and has a view of Town Waterfall. Fowler's Bend has been renovated and is now 2 private suites- Bird's Nest and Cliffside. The Suites are priced for a couple with an additional charge for use of the 2nd bedroom. Each suite has a kitchen, den with gas fireplace, dining area, and outdoor deck overlooking the creek. Also at Fowler's Bend is the Hideaway a one room unit with a queen size bed and bath. • Bird's Nest-Overlooking Spring Creek: Bird's Nest and Cliffside are almost identical - both charming with a great view and sound of the creek. Bird's Nest has a very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a gas fireplace and big picture windows overlooking Spring Creek. The den has a futon, charming primitive antiques and opens to the deck. We price the suite for couples and charge extra for the use of the 2nd bedroom and futon (one has a gas fireplace). Each bedroom has a private bath, one with a shower and one with a claw foot tub. While great for a couple, when you use the futons it can accomodate up to 6 people.
• Cliffside at Fowler's Bend-Overlooking Spring Creek: The views and sound of the creek are incredible at Cliffside. With its gas fireplaces and cozy sofas, the suite is very comfortable and attractive. We price the suite for a couple and charge extra for the use of the extra bedroom and futons. Using the futons it can sleep 6. For extended stays there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a fireplace and big picture windows overlooking Spring Creek. The den has a futon, charming primitive antiques and opens to the deck and patio. Each bedroom has a private bath, one with a shower and one with a claw foot tub.
• The Hideaway at Fowler's Bend: The Hideaway is a very small, cozy room located in Fowler's Bend; it has a queen size bed, private bathroom with a shower, private balcony overlooking the mountains and private entrance.
