Reservation Policies:
Deposits equal amount of first nights stay. October stays require 50% of total charges. Deposits are required for reservations.
VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival for deposit refunds, less $25 fee.
Reservations made for October must be cancelled before September 1st in order to receive a deposit refund, less $25 fee.
No deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made after stated time. No exceptions.
