    Policies

    • Add $20 for each additional person in room beyond double occupancy.
    • Deduct $10 for single occupancy.
    • Rates do not include 10.75% state sales tax.
    • Rates subject to change without notice.
    • RATES include all guest services. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable sales taxes.
    • RESERVATIONS require a one night deposit at the time the reservation is being made, and is payable by Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. The balance of the reservation can be guaranteed by Visa or MasterCard.
    • CANCELLATIONS require a 14 day notice. You are responsible for all nights of the reservation to the extent we cannot re-rent the room. Reservations cancelled at anytime will carry a $25.00 cancellation fee.
    • FOR THE COMFORT OF OTHERS there is no smoking inside the Inn and no pets.
    • The Inn is more appropriate for children over 12 than under, please inquire.
    • CHECK IN begins at 3:00. If you find you are going to be later then 7 pm, please call us on our toll free number so that we can keep a special eye out for you. Please let us know if you need to make an exception, and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
    • CHECK OUT time is 11:00 am.
