    This 1908 Georgian Colonial is furnished with the best of the area's furniture makers, adding to the beauty and splendor of this classic Southern home; while providing our guests with the latest in modern comforts. Located in Catawba County North Carolina, the inn is conveniently located to area attractions such as: Hickory furniture shopping, Biltmore Estate, Blowing Rock outlets, North Carolina Motor Speedway, Blue Ridge Parkway, Art Galleries, and Fine Dining. Hickory has all the amenities of a large city, with the charm of a small town.

    Each guest room is named after one of North Carolina's furniture makers that you will find in this gorgeous inn. They feature private baths, keyless entry with personal code, air conditioning, and the highest quality bed linens providing guests with privacy, safety, and comfort.

    Gourmet Breakfast
    Choice is what sets The Inn at Hickory apart from the rest. Each morning starts with a gourmet breakfast of your liking, cooked to order by Chef Chaz and served to you on Wedgewood China. Choose from anything on our menu including: Belgian Waffles, French Toast, Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs cooked any style with your choice of breakfast meats. Each breakfast comes with fresh fruit, juice, and pastries and a bottomless cup of Gourmet coffee and teas.

    There are no set breakfast times. Breakfast is served to suit your needs. Early breakfasts for the guests about to travel home or Late breakfasts for those who would like to sleep in... all is welcome.
    Guests have the choice of where they want to dine. In the Dining Room, enjoy a breakfast for two, or with a few new friends at one of our larger tables. For those who like to sleep late or just want to relax, dine in the comfort of your room. Honeymoon Breakfast: It's your day, so we've combined our Made to Order Breakfast with a bit more. Includes assorted pastries and baked goods, juice, tea, coffee, Champagne, fresh fruit and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Enjoy your romantic breakfast in the comfort of your room.

     

     



    		 For those who enjoy staying in, feel free to lounge in the first floor sitting room or upstairs. Coffee and tea are available to our guests at all hours of the day, a perfect complement for to a good book. Guests are welcome to enjoy the inn's AV room, equipped with a large flat screen TV. The inn offers a library of DVDs to choose from.

    Explore the almost two acres of grounds, gardens, and fruit trees. For wildlife lovers, many species of beautiful birds, butterflies, squirrels and the occasional bunny rabbit are often seen.

    Take Billy Graham Expressway North to I-85 South.
    Exit 17 (Gastonia) to Hwy 321 North
    Exit 44 “Hickory/hwy 70.” Take a Right at end of ramp onto Hwy 70. Proceed to 2nd Light.
    Turn Left onto 4th Street SW, Turn Left onto 4th Avenue SW (at Tico Credit)
    Turn Left onto 7th Street SW
    The Inn at Hickory is located on the right
    at the corner of 7th Street and 5th Avenue
    Enter driveway on 5th Avenue

    Take I-40 to EXIT 123 toward US-70 / HICKORY / US-321 / LENOIR.
    Merge onto US-321 N via the exit on the LEFT
    toward NC-127 / US-70 / HICKORY / US-321 / LENOIR

    Turn RIGHT onto US-70
