Rates are based upon double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m.

Early or late arrivals may be arranged with prior notice.

Reservations may be guaranteed with a credit card.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks.

A deposit equal to one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, whichever is greater, is due within 7 days of making your reservation.

Cancellations 7 days in advance of the reservation dates will be fully refunded less a $10 processing fee, per inn room, per night.

Cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the reserved dates will be refunded only if the room is rebooked for the same reserved dates, less the $10 processing fee, per inn room, per night.

Breakfast is included with your stay; however, if you decide to leave early or not have breakfast we ask that you let us know in advance.

Alternative breakfast arrangements can be made with prior notice.

Special dietary needs will be met to the best of our ability.

The Oak Hill Country Inn Bed and Breakfast in North Carolina is best suited for adults, however, well-behaved, closely supervised children can be provided for in the Cottage.

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets; the resident pets do not like to share (but please enjoy ours).

Due to the preservation status of the buildings and their contents, all guests are requested to confine smoking to the porches.
